Activate/Deactivate Call Forward NO ANSWER/UNAVAILABLE

Forward all your incoming calls to a different extension, or phone number (such as your home, office, friend’s house, or cell phone).

*52 Call Forward NO ANSWER/UNAVAILABLE—Activate (FORWARDS CALLS AFTER A DETERMINED AMOUNT OF RINGS)
1. Enter extension you want to activate Call Forward on NO ANSWER/UNAVAILABLE, press #.
2. Enter phone number calls will be forwarded to, press #.

*Call Forward NO ANSWER/UNAVAILABLE can also be activated by:
1. Press FORWARD in the screen menu,
2. PRESS 2 to selectNO ANSWER/UNAVAILABLE
3. Enter PHONE NUMBER calls will be forwarded to.
4. Enter number of unanswered rings call will be forwarded after.
5. PRESS enable.

 

*53 Call Forward NO ANSWER/UNAVAILABLE—Deactivate

*Call ForwardNO ANSWER/UNAVAILABLE can also be deactivated by:
1. Press FORWARD in the screen menu
2. PRESS 2 to select NO ANSWER/UNAVAILABLE
3. PRESS disable.

*Note: The number you forward your calls to must be permitted by your outgoing calling.

Activate/Deactivate Call Forward BUSY

Forward all your incoming calls to a different extension, or phone number (such as your home, office, friend’s house, or cell phone).

*90 Call Forward BUSY—Activate (FORWARDS CALLS WHEN EXT. IS BUSY)
1. Enter extension you want to activate Call Forward BUSY, press #.
2. Enter phone number calls will be forwarded to, press #.

*Call Forward BUSY can also be activated by:
1. Press FORWARD in the screen menu,
2. PRESS 3 to select BUSY
3. Enter PHONE NUMBER calls will be forwarded to.
4. PRESS enable.

*91 Call Forward BUSY—Deactivate

*Call Forward BUSY can also be deactivated by:
1. Press FORWARD in the screen menu
2. PRESS 3 to select BUSY
3. PRESS disable.


*92 Call Forward BUSY—Prompting Deactivate
User is prompted for an extension to deactivate call forward all.

*Note: The number you forward your calls to must be permitted by your outgoing calling.

Activate/Deactivate Call Forward ALL

Forward all your incoming calls to a different extension, or phone number (such as your home, office, friend’s house, or cell phone).

*72 Call Forward ALL—Activate (FORWARDS ALL CALLS)
1. Enter extension you want to activate Call Forward ALL, press #.
2. Enter phone number calls will be forwarded to, press #.

*Call Forward ALL  can also be activated by:
1. Press FORWARD in the screen menu
2. PRESS 1 to select ALWAYS
3. Enter PHONE NUMBER calls will be forwarded to
4. PRESS enable.

*73 Call Forward ALL—Deactivate

*Call Forward ALL can also be deactivated by:
1. Press FORWARD in the screen menu
2. PRESS 1 to select ALL
3. PRESS disable


*74  Call Forward ALL—Prompting Deactivate
User is prompted for an extension to deactivate call forward all.

*Note: The number you forward your calls to must be permitted by your outgoing calling.

User Intercom

VoIP phones can double as intercoms.

*80+Extension—Intercom prefix.
Allows user intercom with any extensions dialed after the feature code.
8000—Page ALL
Allows user to one-way page (broadcast to all extensions defined in the 8000 group).

Activate/Deactivate Call Waiting

Call Waiting lets you take an incoming phone call while you are already on the phone. This feature places your first call on hold while you answer the second incoming phone call. If call waiting is not enabled, the second incoming call will be directed to your voicemail.

*70 Call Waiting—Activate
*71 Call Waiting—Deactivate

Activate/Deactivate DND (Do Not Disturb)

When activated, the DND (Do Not Disturb) feature sends all your incoming calls to your voicemail.

*78 DND—Activate
*79 DND—Deactivate

Basic Broadband/Internet Troubleshoot

If you are experiencing:
No Internet connection
Slow Internet connection
Internet keeps dropping connection

Try the following steps:
1. Unplug your Time Warner or AT&T router for 10 seconds.
2. Plug the router back in.
3. Wait until all lights turn green and glow steadily.
4. Unplug the Huntleigh router for 10 seconds.
5. Plug the Huntleigh router back in.
6. Wait until all the lights turn back on and are glowing steadily.

Basic VoIP Phone Troubleshoot

If you are experiencing:
Static on phone.
Cannot make a call.
Cannot receive calls.
Calls sound too loud or too far.

Try the following steps:
1. Unplug the phone server for 10 seconds.
2. Plug the phone server back in.
3. Wait 2-3 minutes.
