West TX IT chooses HTG because local support is key!
We use HTG because
they are local. Not only to support local business but because
when we need technical support, we deal with someone local. We
have worked with other ISP providers both cable and wired and the result
is the same: hard to get a hold of and usually not located in the
US. Other provider's support reps are also hard to understand. With
one major provider for this area, it's hard to get someone to dispatch
on-site and the schedule depends on the dispatcher which can take
days. Huntleigh's support is local and their people respond to
trouble usually before we even call. (Note: HTG monitors circuits and
can usually tell if there is trouble before the customer even knows
there is anything wrong!)
